# Exam Fees

Details the exam fee required for the Medication Assistant Examination in South Carolina

There is an examination fee of $80 each time you take the test. Payment will NOT be accepted at the test center. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates not employed in a Medicaid-certified nursing home or who have not received an offer of employment from a Medicaid-certified nursing home are permitted to pay their own examination fee. If you are not currently employed in a nursing home, you may pay the fee yourself.

### Vouchers

Vouchers offer another convenient way to pay for exams. Vouchers can be purchased in your Credentia Platform account either singly or in volume. To redeem a voucher as payment when scheduling a test, simply indicate voucher as the payment method and provide the voucher number. All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Vouchers expire twelve (12) months from the date they are issued. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.
